So many people and places ask us to 'Give Give Give' at this time of year.
My own mailbox has had at least 1 or 2 requests every single day since about October/November, asking for support of whatever cause it is.
There IS great need everywhere!
How about those in our own area who struggle to have enough food every day?! I'm hoping you will join me and go into your own cupboards and 'GIVE' non-perishable food for the FOOD BANK to distribute to local families.
Bring the items tomorrow and let's fill our container to overflowing!! I have set up a container near the coffee where we have our social time. I am sure all those who receive this bounty will be forever grateful!!
AND, on a Happier Holiday note.......you can also bring a favorite Christmas ornament for our tree, just for FUN! Enjoy looking at it every Sunday and sharing it with us, then bring it home after Christmas!!
Our Christmas Eve service will be at 7PM in the Sacred Sanctuary, on Friday, Dec. 24th.
