The Work of Byron Katie is a focused and active meditation which holds us in self Inquiry.
In this process, we identify the stressful thoughts which cause our suffering and we question them in this concise and
thorough way.
In opening to our own answers to these simple questions, we find ourselves beyond the beliefs that have limited us from who we really are.

 

Edie is active in the Institute for The Work, and has attended and staffed several schools and events with Byron Katie and other facilitators.

 

Edie will be bringing some materials and share The Work, as she calls it, with
our spiritual community this Wednesday night.
