ITS TIME TO SOUND"reveille"
REVEILLE: a
bugle call at sunrise signaling the first military formation of the day.
from a word
meaning: to awaken, keep watch, be vigilant.
In January
07 as we sought the Lord following our move from Treasure Island into the city,
the Holy Spirit urged us to "sound" a reveille
call* to the church
of San Francisco. We
sensed God was preparing to give revelation and strategy. Our part as SFHOPFAN was simply to blow the
trumpet. The Lord indicated that Generals would arise from the city and around the bay area to lead us forward
into the harvest fields.

CITYWIDE prayer
During
this Reveille prayer initiative we
received a prophetic word from Martin Scott from UK that we were to blow the trumpet
& GATHER the like-minded, sending out messengers to ALL the tribes,
inviting their participation.
Judges 6 & 7 (specifically Judges 6:34-35)
But the Spirit of the Lord clothed Gideon with Himself
and took possession of him,
and he blew a trumpet, and [the clan of] Abiezer was
gathered to him. 35He sent messengers throughout Manasseh, and they
also were called together to follow him; and he sent messengers to Asher,
Zebulon, and Naphtali, and they came up to meet them.
We
understand this to mean pastors bringing their congregations together with
other local ministries at the same time & place for the purpose of calling
on the Lord TOGETHER for the redemption of our city. This reaffirms Kim Clement's prophecy: "I
(The Lord) am waiting to hear the sound of the unity of the
people PRAISING ME"
But how, you may ask, can this
happen?..

They met in one place;
They were in one accord;
They prayed continually;
And then there came a sound from heaven;
They were all filled with The Holy Spirit;
And they all worshiped, declaring the wonders of God;
The Gospel was preached;
Many were saved.
See Acts 4
They were assembled together;
They raised their voices together in prayer to GOD;
The room was shaken & they were filled with the Holy Spirit;
They went out & spoke the word boldly.
The
pattern has been established....It works!
The pleasure of the Lord is released when
HIS people gather together in a corporate expression...Ooooh the love FROM OUR
FATHER that is released when the saints from different streams embrace...It is
heaven! Many of San Francisco 's church
leaders are declaring, "San Francisco YOU belong to the Lord." And we hear the LORD answering, "Yes sons... NOW go take
it!" There is NOW
GRACE for this to happen. There is a NOW GRACE for a corporate expression to be released through the Church of San Francisco.
Sfhopfan is committed to serving the local church and encouraging
City Church leaders to enlist in corporate
worship, prayer and outreach. We
believe the ongoing prayer watches in conjunction with city
wide gatherings with extended times of worship will change &
maintain a Godly spiritual climate in our city & keep the heavens open so
that transformation can occur. We also believe an
outflow of these CITYWIDE PRAYER GATHERINGS will be divine strategy to reach
all strata of San Francisco's
culture with the Good News of Jesus. The purpose: transformation of the City! This has become our primary
objective. And God will not let us turn aside from it!
ITS TIME again TO SOUND THE REVEILLE CALL
It is time to call the saints to join forces and sound off together that
"He is the King of kings and
Lord of lords over San Francisco
and all the earth."
And blessed be His
glorious Name forever.
Let the whole earth
be filled with His glory.

Lou Engle encouraged the Body of Christ in San Francisco when he came
in July 07 callingfor a "siege mentality"..You don't quit until there's victory...no matter
how long it takes!" We know it will take the WHOLE BODY OF "BELIEVERS"
to see the redemption of San Francisco.
Timothy Snodgrass confirmed this in '07 when he spoke,"The redeemed from SF shall go
forth and bring a release to many nations." The
move of God in San
Francisco will be unique. It will be in broader
in scope than Toronto
& Brownsville
because there it will not be emanating from one location. "No ministry can do this alone; it will take the entire body
of believers in SF and throughout Northern California
working together"
John Paul Jackson
spoke in 1998: "San Francisco will receive
world wide recognition but It will be the church surrounding San
Francisco that will have brought
forth revival
by working together along side the
church of San Francisco,
in cooperation with God's plans. The angels are coming, ministries & evangelists from
many nations are coming"... (Warning) "If they
(the church) squander this
opportunity it will be a loss of an entire generation."
It is time for
us to gather.
The harvest is ripe.
At harvest time, it's "ALL HANDS ON DECK!"

Do you hear the sound of the Father saying,
"I am waiting to hear the sound of the unity
of my people praising me."
