Julia LeBay's The Shed

A juried exhibition of works from University of Tol
edo Department of Art students. Sculptor and Wayne State art faculty member, Eric Troffkin, was the juror for the exhibit.

The exhibit is free and open to the public.


Center for the Visual Arts Gallery, 620 Grove Place, next to the Toledo Museum of Art. Gallery hours are Mon-Sat 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Sun 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

DAVID HAZELTINE  Monday, February 15  8 p.m.

HAZELTINE is one of a handful of young pianists who has successfully forged his own distinctive style and musical voice out of the accumulated greatness and weight of a modern piano tradition.
David's influences extend from Art Tatum and Bud Powell to such great living masters as Buddy Montgomery, Barry Harris and Cedar Walton.

Films by FosseBob Fosse

(Admission: Free, donations welcome)

Film series featuring the directorial work of Bob Fosse. Fosse, often best remembered for his trademark dance style, was an accomplished director as well.

Holly Hey, assistant professor of film at UT, was instrumental in arranging the series at the University.  She says, "This series will give our students an invaluable opportunity to see an entire body of work by a far too often forgotten filmmaker."
