BASIC MISSION PLANTER TRAINING

Basic Mission Planter Training is designed to help mission/church planters move their mission plants in the right direction. The week long event focuses on intentionalizing the work the planter does through the development of a strategic mission plan for the plant. Over the course of the week planters develop a mission statement, clarify values, write out a vision, and create strategies and goals. Additionally, planters learn principles of leadership and how to put together a launch team, explore how to connect with their ministry context, develop identity in the community, and explore ways get people through the doors of the church.

Through the Mission Coach Certification Training, participants are trained and certified for high-impact mission coaching and are available and competent to come alongside missionary pastors, planters, and workers for empowerment, encouragement, vision achievement, and accountability.

The Center for U.S. Missions is presenting three one day seminars for individuals and congregations. You may choose to attend 1, 2, or all 3 seminars. Special pricing is available for those who attend more than one seminar and for groups from the same congregation. Designing Worship to Engage the Culture We clearly have some choices when it comes to culture. We can retreat from it, ignore it, judge it, preserve it, or engage it. Luther clearly engaged the culture of his day in worship with music, messages, language, art, and expressions designed to connect with average persons in very relevant ways.
