Mentor Survey: Engagement Survey due Wednesday, May 24th

Mentors, please help us decide which students to recognize by filling out this short  Student Engagement Survey.

The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete, and it will help us identify those students who have been actively engaged in AIM High this year. Even if you feel that your student has not been quite engaged enough, we would like to know. Your responses will not be shared with your mentee, but they help us compile a progress report for those students who need to get 'back on track'. Every mentor is encouraged to submit a survey, but if you cannot turn one in, please designate a representative from your mentoring team to respond to the survey on the team's behalf. The deadline for survey submissions is next Thursday, May 24, 2012.
