We have heard from many of you about the challenges you face when trying to find talented people with the right skill sets and education you require.  With this in mind, I am writing to ask you to "help us help you."
 
Schools (High Schools, Community Colleges, Universities) and Workforce Development organizations throughout the region also want to know what you need so that they can invest in programs to meet them...but they need to hear from you.

PECO's electric generation and transmission charges will be deregulated beginning January 1, 2011.  Your bill will change with some increased charges and other small costs going away.  The potentially modest (10%) increase January 1 will likely not be their only increase in the foreseeable future.  You need to understand the alternative electric generation market and how alternative suppliers of electricity can help you control your cost of electricity with today's historically low rates for generation. Be sure to join us on Thursday, January 20 at DVIRC headquarters in Philadelphia for the start of our next Six Sigma Green Belt Certification program.

Led by a Master Black Belt, the program introduces the DMAIC methodology and enables attendees to better control processes, cut costs and save time.
