    A Note From Nick
    Nick Receives Award

Hi Everyone, just wanted let everyone know that I'm enjoying the new tour season tremendously, and am looking forward to seeing you all on the road this year.

I'll be in lots of cities, some new and some repeats, and I can't wait to play for you.

When I'm not performing I'm going to be fishing. I've got a new boat and I'll be taking it out whenever I can. Look for some "fish pix" later in the summer!

You all have a great spring and summer, and I'll look forward to seeing you out there!

    Peace, Nick

p.s. A special thank you goes out to "my" kids at St. Laurence K-8 School in Elgin, IL. I wasn't able to attend graduation due to an out-of-town gig, so the day before they put together a special party at school. It meant a lot to me, as I was able to congratulate them ahead of time, and tell them how proud I am of all of them. They are great kids who are growing into terrific young adults. Much love to all of them.

Nick at Jazz on the Vine

One of Nick's favorite festival events is Jazz on The Vine at the beautiful Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. The weather was gorgeous, the crowds were amazing in their appreciation for the music, and the staff outstanding. In addition to headlining on Saturday evening, Nick did a surprise turn on Peter White's Friday night show, too, which he really had a blast doing - he and Peter make beautiful music together!

The Carolina Theatre in Durham, NC, provided a beautiful and historic setting for a knock-out concert. Local saxman Marcus Mitchell kicked off the evening, and Pamela Williams followed with an audience-pleasing and sexy set. Nick ended the evening to numerous standing ovations throughout the show. DDT Entertainment, who put the show on, had this to say: "and just when you thought it couldn't get any better, the Master Entertainer himself, Nick Colionne came out and showed out! You were at a Jazz Concert one minute, an R&B concert another minute, and a comedy show the next minute. And what about his rendition of Prince? One word "AMAZING". It just can't get any better than this! If you see any other concert better than this one in 2007, I definitely want to hear about it. What an EVENT!".
