Sheldon T. Nunn recently reviewed the All Star Smooth Jazz Jam in Houston on JusJazz.com and JazzReview.com, calling this event "A Jazz Activated Musical Extravaganza". This event was sponsored by All Star Smooth Jazz Cruises and Houston's KHJZ 95.7 The Wave and took place at the University of Houston's Cullen Performance Hall. The concert featured Brian Culbertson with guest appearances by Nick Colionne, Eric Darius, Alan Hewitt and Marion Meadows, and surprise guest Bobby Lyle. Sheldon is an astute reviewer who really gets what live music is all about, and his review reflects it...and he has some great things to say about Nick which is much appreciated!!! This cool dude bears a strong resemblance to our very own Nick Colionne. Nick's special "Penguin" logo was designed by Tom Clark, Nick's Promotions Manager, earlier this year to celebrate his Narada CD release, "Keepin' It Cool". Look for Nick's "Cool" merchandise (t-shirts, caps, visors, signature guitar pick earrings, enamel pins & more) at Nick's upcoming shows in 2007. "Hey folks, it's me, Nick.
