Starting immediately, Pro8mm will be switching to FED-EX as its' primary method of shipping. Having encountered numerous problems with DHL the past two years , we feel that FED-EX will offer superior shipping for our customers.
| With any new system comes new pricing. We will no longer offer flat rate shipping prices, but will use the FED-EX rates published on their website (www.fedex.com). This will give our clients many more choices in the shipping services they require. Our project coordinators have been trained on the new system, and will assist you in the calculation of your shipping costs when you place an order. |

These include , insurance, sign for only delivery, Saturday deliver, on-line tracking, as well as priority overnight services. You can check their website to see which expedited services are available in your area. Some of the services include:
First Overnight (next business day by 8-10am , where available)
Priority Overnight (next business day by 10:30am)
Standard Overnight (next business day by 3pm)
2-day Shipping (second business day by 4:30pm)
Express Saver (third business day by 4:30pm)
Ground Shipping (1-5 days business days - depending on location)
International Shipping (First, Priority, and Economy are available)
Delivery times are subject to change according to location of destination.
As part of our contract with FED-EX, we will no longer allow our customers to use their own DHL or FED-EX accounts for their shipping purchases. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation on this point . It will be less confusing for us and less expensive for you.
