A Legacy of Hope |
As we celebrate the legacy that has been left by Marion Austin (left), Dr. Jacob and Claudette Bernard (right) and countless others, it becomes apparent that HFC's legacy extends to the many donors, interns, and missions teams who have been influenced by the Haitian people.
As Marion Austin stated in 1999, "I realized how much the love of God flowed and glowed in the lives of these people who merely exist from one day to the next." It is this spirit that has spurred so many to support this ministry and we are very thankful for what God has done.
You are invited to come and celebrate this legacy of how God has worked through Hope for the Children of Haiti. Please join us for dinner and special music by Jim Trick on May 12th from 5-7pm at Grace Chapel in Lexington, MA.
You will also have the chance to meet Jean Alexandre, new Managing Director in Haiti, and his wife Florence. This is a great opportunity for you to invite friends who would like to know more about our ministry and become a part of the legacy that continues to bring Hope for the Children of Haiti.
To RSVP (deadline May 1) or for more information, visit www.hfchaiti.org.
God Bless, Tara Kasey |
| Jean and Florence Alexandre |
Jean Alexandre came on as Managing Director in Haiti for the orphanage and school this past August. Jean and Florence have a wonderful testimony of Christ. They were able to come for a visit in March of 2012 to meet with the Board of Directors and visit some of our church partners. They will be at the Legacy of Hope banquet this May and are looking forward to meet more of the HFC family. |
