Others are a little more well-versed although you are cautioned to use those critical analytical skills when reading from sources who do have their own agenda.
Some other points to note. The Budget Reconciliation and Financing Act (BRFA) requires 24 votes to pass in the Senate. The Maintenance of Effort Act (SB848), as an "emergency bill" that was not pre-filed before the legislative session began, requires 29 votes to pass in the Senate and go on to the House. It's a close call right now on the MOE bill but we should find out later today.
