Welcome to our October 2011 H.O.T. Newsletter. We hope you like the new format! In this issue we will concentrate on the tools we hope will expand our mutual business for the 2011 fall/holiday season. New products, new marketing tools and a new fall promotion. |
| New Products for 2011 |
 Fall is here, foliage is turning and the days are getting shorter. It has been busy here at House of Troy, as we prepare our inventory for lamp season. Our June collections will be ready to ship at the end of October to arrive in stores for the 1st of November. The Marquis Collection (M552-PS shown at left) is comprised of five crystal and silver plated or oil rubbed bronze accents. These are substantial lamps that ooze quality. If you haven't yet, try one on your next order. The Lancaster Collection is a transitional six-way series, available in floor and table versions. Based on the successful Newport series, the Lancaster will be a great choice for the customer looking for a clean, functional six-way. |

| New Marketing Tools |  In our attempt to be able to get information to you and your customers in the most timely and effective fashion, we have developed a couple of new marketing tools. The first and certainly most exciting for us is the electronic House of Troy catalog. You will notice in the quick links section above, the bright yellow catalog icon. With a click of the mouse you may browse the catalog in its entirety. No more time consuming downloads, or incomplete emails. This is a great link to be able to send your designers, contractors and customers. Email us and we will send you the e-catalog link, catalog icon and instructions on how to include in an email or download as an app for your smart phone or ipad. We have also created an FTP site for qualified users to instantly access our product images, details, pricing and inventory availability. This information is updated on a weekly basis. Qualified users may contact your House of Troy representative or our customer service department for a user name and password. |
| Fall Promotion |
 You asked for it, so here it is, back by popular demand. We are excited to announce the return of our Keurig Coffee Brewer Fall Promotion. For every $2,000.00 order received between October 1-November 15, 2011 we will send you a Keurig Single Cup Brewing System which includes the coffee brewer and a variety of tasty Green Mountain Coffee Roasters K-cups. Stock orders must ship by December 15, 2011 and may not include custom product, drop ship orders, or contract jobs. Note "Keurig Promo" on your purchase order and when your order ships, so too will the Keurig Coffee Brewer. |

As you all may be aware, Hurricane Irene hit Vermont with a vengeance. House of Troy was not in her path, thankfully, though many of our friends and neighbors were. Hundreds of roads and bridges throughout the state were washed away, leaving many homes, businesses and communities inundated by flood waters. The American Red Cross has mounted an aggressive outreach to these communities to provide emergency disaster relief. Thank you all for your concern for House of Troy during and after the storm.
