Cleansing Your Spheres
When regularly using your crystals, it is important to keep them clean and clear. We are going to explore an easy and effective way to do this.
What you need:
Your crystal ball.
A bowl of warm water.
A large, soft towel.
Begin by setting your crystal onto the towel next to the bowl of water. You want the sphere arranged on the towel so that you can completely wrap it up in the towel when done.
With both hands, lightly scoop some water out of the bowl and let it fall on the crystal. Repeat this a few times until water has poured over much of the sphere.
Now, with both hands, rub the sphere all over. This should be done in a peaceful and gentle mood. Your energy should be good with an open outlook. After thoroughly massaging the entire sphere, wrap it in the towel for a few moments.
This is a good time to prepare yourself for the next step. Do this by focusing your mind and energy on pure white light. When you are ready, remove the covering from the sphere and focus this energy unto the sphere. You only need to hold this for a few moments. When you are done, you can either cover the sphere up with towel or finish any polishing and set your stone up ready for use.

 Cleansing the Self
This cleansing method has two parts. The first is cleansing work your sphere. The second part is bathing yourself.
With your crystal in gazing positon, begin with your breathing:
Inhale on a count of four.
Hold the breath in on a count of two.
Exhale on a count of four.
Hold out on a count of two before inhaling again.
Repeat.
You will maintain this breathing for the whole cleansing.
Now visualize a brilliant white light within the sphere.
As you breathe in, allow the white light to slowly fill your body. Allow the white light to wash away all negativity and stress. As you exhale, know that all of the negativity is being released from your body.
Continue this for a minimum of three minutes.
After you have completed the cleansing with the crystal, it is time to take a nice, comfortable bath or shower. As you bathe, be aware of the inner and outer cleansing as you enjoy your time.
