Greetings!

This month we look at
getting what you desire,
projecting your desires,
and more!

Getting What You Want

Getting what you want takes more than just passively wanting it. Frequently, it takes genuine desire and action. If your desire is authentic and focused, the necessary actions will follow.

Perhaps it seems obvious, but first you must know what it is that you desire. Many people cannot name what exactly they desire. To get what you want, it is important that you be able to name it as specifically as possible. Vague thoughts will lead to vague results.

Once you know what you desire, then you can focus your attention on it and project it into the world. The two exercises included this month will show you how to turn your desires into reality.

-

Focus Your Desire

The first step is to create a vivid mental picture of what you desire. If it is a better job, then see yourself working at your ideal job. If it is a new home, then visualize yourself in a wonderful, cozy home. Whatever it is that you want, you need first of all to be able to see yourself as having achieved it.

Next, simply relax and make yourself comfortable, placing your crystal in the gazing position that is easiest for you.

Begin with your breathing:

Inhale on a count of four.

Hold the breath in on a count of two.

Exhale on a count of four.

Hold out on a count of two before inhaling again.

Repeat.

You will maintain this breathing for the whole exercise

Now gently gaze into your crystal ball. Allow the image of what you desire to fill the crystal. As you project this visualization, see also a vibrant white light or glow surrounding your desire.

If you can, try to see motion within the vision, like a tiny silent movie playing before your eyes. If you can only hold a static or unmoving image, that is fine, but with practice, you may be able to develop the talent for seeing movement or even hearing sounds as you visualize your desire.

Hold the image of what you want for as long as you comfortably can. When it begins to fade or you become distracted, close your eyes for a moment and and let your mind rest. When ready, repeat the visualization.

Do this visualization three times.

The vividness and clarity of the work is more important that how long each visualization lasts.

Follow the visualization series with the projection exercise below.

Project Your Desire

Immediately following the above exercise, you will want to project your desire into the world.

Once again visualize that which you desire into the crystal, surrounded by the glow of white light. Now allow the white light to flood and cover your visualized image. Just as everything goes white, visualize the white light as beaming or projecting from the crystal, going in all directions, sending your desire out into the world.

Allow the white light to pour from the crystal as long as you can.

When finished, reward yourself with a small treat.
