Influencing Dreams
Influencing the dreams of others is a powerful way to communicate your desires. For this work to be successful, there are some important steps you need to take to insure that your message is properly received.
The use black spheres is highly recommended for dream work. Not only is the color symbolism appropriate to work undertaken at night, a dark sphere aids the gazer in focusing on the task at hand. Whether the sphere is comprised of black glass, black or sheen obsidian, or black onyx, the sable hue will enhance the process.

First, you must know clearly what it is that you want to communicate to the dreamer. This is important. The better you can express what you want the dreamer to experience, the more powerful the transmission will be.
Knowing when your target will be asleep can be useful but not entirely necessary. Cases have been reported of dreams being influenced weeks after the transmission.
Begin by sitting comfortably with your sphere.
Adjust your breathing as follows:
Inhale on a count of four.
Hold the breath in on a count of two.
Exhale on a count of four.
Hold out on a count of two before inhaling again.
Repeat. You will maintain this breathing for the whole exercise. (It becomes second nature with just a little practice.)
Dream Influence Visualization
As you gaze into the black sphere, begin by visualizing a small dot in the blackness. The dot gets bigger and bigger and you realize that you are approaching planet Earth from space. As you get closer to Earth, you will direct yourself towards where your target is sleeping. Visualize yourself zooming all the way down, going through ceilings and walls to see your target asleep. Allow this to be as vivid as you possibly can.
It is important to keep the targets of dream work asleep while you work. When you see them sleeping, tell them that they are asleep and will remain asleep as they dream. (If your targets wake up during your visualization, it is a sign that your attempts at dream work have failed, and you should try again at a later date.)
Begin your transmission. You can do this by speaking directly to them and telling them what you want them to know. Alternatively, you can tell them a story with the important elements of influence included in the story.
Just as you zoomed in to the visualization, you are going to zoom out, backing all the way out to darkness.
It is recommended that after performing dream work you spend a few minutes in quiet meditation to clear your mind.
It is not recommended repeating dream work for more than five days in a row. For best results you may spread out five sessions over two weeks, randomly timing the influence of the target's dreams.
Results:
Depending in the character and personality of your targets, they may awaken with a strong conscious awareness of the dreams you have sent them, a vague recollection of the dream-images or the emotion-tones of the dreams that you projected, or with no conscious recollection of the dreams at all. However, with dream influence work, it is not necessary for your targets to remember their dreams. At the very least they will be influenced on the unconscious level.
