Be Young John Muir June 22, 2011 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Greetings,
If you interested in how geotourism can place YOU as a visitor back in a time and a place not found anywhere else, take a look at some of the the unique trip ideas found in the area around the Historic John Muir Route. The cattle are shown here returning to their summer grazing in the mountain meadows. Their grazing aids in grassland management and reduces potential dangers from overgrown ladder fire fuel.

Another showing of The Wild Adventures of John Muir has been set for July 16th at 6PM and several of the rained out events will be offered on that date as well.
... follow in young John Muir's footsteps?
