LOCLibrary of Congress releases NDIIPP 2010 Report 

The Library of Congress released the National Digital Information Infrastructure and Preservation Program (NDIIPP) 2010 report, Preserving Our Digital Heritage: The NDIIPP 2010 Report, which higlights the Partner and Informational Partner states' participation in the GeoMAPP project.

New Partners plus New Info Partners w KansasGeoMAPP Welcomes New Informational Partners: KANSAS and MISSISSIPPI

The GeoMAPP Informational Partner family continues to grow, recently adding Kansas and Mississippi. The Informational Partners program is designed to engage a new set of state archives staff and geospatial data managers with the activities of GeoMAPP. View a list of all the current GeoMAPP Information Partners the GeoMAPP Informational Partners web page.

Elizabeth Perkes of the Utah States Archives and Records Service will present a poster and paper prepared by Perkes and Lisa Speaker of the North Carolina State Archives exploring archiving of geospatial records and capturing geospatial metadata to populate the archival record.
