Heart to Heart

On February 11th, women of all ages came together for a wonderful night of outreach benefitting women in need. More than 6000 toiletry items were collected, carefully assembled into 240 Valentine's spa bags, and hand-delivered to women in the care of five different social service agencies in Lake County. (see article below to learn more about the recipient agencies).
We would like to thank all the volunteers and businesses who conducted toiletry drives and the many individuals who participated in assembling the bags and writing meaningful Valentine's Day cards to accompany each bag.  Special thanks to Lake Bluff Middle Schooler Colin Guido for conducting a school-wide drive and the employees of Rustoleum Corporation in Vernon Hills for delivering all 240 bags on February 14th!
