Ground Breaking!
April 10th is the day that will kick off the whole building process! We'll pause during our worship, pile onto a school bus, and head over to our land to break ground. We'll then return to the school to finish the service and have brunch. We've invited folks from churches all around to come and join us for this grand day. It will be a BYOS event (bring your own shovel/spade/trowel) with EVERYONE taking a part in breaking ground for this new building. We're working to make sure we have enough food for the brunch, so please contact the church office and let us know if you plan to attend! |
LENTEN SERVICES:
Join us for midweek Lenten services. We will start with a meal at 6:00 pm, followed by devotions and an activity.
The schedule is as follows:
March 30: Meal- Sub sandwiches (subsidized by Thrivent) AT THE CHURCH OFFICE, activity- fleece blankets
April 6: Meal- pot luck (everybody bring a dish to pass), activity- to be determined
April 13: Meal- picnic (grilled hot dogs, etc), activity- outdoor clean-up at Arbor Gardens.
We still need meal coordinators for April 6th and April 13th. Please contact Linda Sheppard or Myra Wick if you would be interested in coordinating a meal. |

2011 Vacation Bible School for, Pre-school - 5th Grade, Mark your calendar for June 6-10th!
At a concert, the only thing better than a front-row seat is a backstage pass! We'll start VBS every day with a "concert" experience worshipping and singing with the Go Fish Guys.
