| Grand Opening Update |
Due to the forecasted wintry weather, the Lady Bobcat Softball game has been moved up one hour to begin at 1:30 p.m. 
This will allow Holmes time to return to campus before the expected weather impedes their travel.
The ceremonial first pitch will be at 1:15 p.m. for the ladies and at 1:45 p.m. for the mens game. The mens baseball game will still start at 2 p.m.
The Grand Opening celebration is still scheduled to begin with the ribbon cutting at 12:30 p.m. at the new Community Bank Park.

Cupid seems to live on the JCJC campus!
Two recent JCJC graduates will be featured on WDAM-TV Wednesday, February 9, during the 6 o'clock news because of their unique first date. Anna Tosso of Beaumont and T.J. Brewer of Collins met at Jones and begin dating while on the Honors College trip in Spain. WDAM-TV anchor/reporter, Colleen Donovan says she choose this couple because of Anna's letter describing their unique first date. We would love to highlight some of your love stories during a Centennial special event, "The Love Stories of Jones." Whether you fell in love under the wisteria or on the rock wall with your true love, this coming Fall, the Alumni Office will share some of the Love Stories of Jones.
