Explore the new website and share your Jones experience and favorite memories, look at pictures from events, or visit the campus and see how we're building for the future of today's students. We'd love to hear from you, however you're able to connect to your college.

The JCJC Alumni and Foundation Office Needs YOU!
You are a vital link to our past and our future. In an effort to improve communications and keep you involved, we have launched this electronic newsletter. Our goal is to have printed editions in December and June, but we need your news!
Please take the time to join the mailing list, sign up to become an active alumnus and send your announcements (births, weddings, obits) and accomplishments to our office at jcjcalumniinfo@jcjc.edu. If you have story ideas or suggestions, we'll take those too! In the very near future a JCJC Alumni Facebook page will also be available for you to keep up with your classmates and friends of the college. Stay tuned for more! |
Anderson Honored-New Dorm Constructed |
 | Anderson Hall Groundbreaking
Dr. Jesse Smith, Sidney 'Buck' & Libby Anderson, & David Garner |
A new, three-story dormitory will be named Anderson Hall after alumnus Sidney S. (Buck) Anderson ('57). The construction of the 121-bed, 35,000 square foot women's dormitory will be the first new dormitory on the campus since the construction of Smith Hall in 1988 and the addition onto Wayne Hall in 2000. Evidence of Anderson's contributions to the college are easy to find. The Vice President of the Foundation Board has contributed his many talents by beautifying the campus in numerous ways.

Centennial Celebrations |
We are gearing up for our big 100-year celebration in 2011. There will be numerous opportunities to join in the festivities. The planning committee is preparing several events to commemorate the establishment of this institution. By signing up on our JCJC Alumni-Foundation and Friends Mailing List, we will be able to keep you informed so you can be a part of the fun!
The Bobcat Bulletin would like to feature a few of your special memories as we gear up for the big celebration. Please send us your favorite JCJC or JCAHS memory or event and we will share them in our upcoming editions. Include pictures, contact information, and date of attendance, with your special memories. Please be brief so we can include everyone's favorite Jones moment! You can mail the information to Amie Herrington at the Alumni-Foundation Office, or email jcjcalumniinfo@jcjc.edu to send your
"Favorite JCJC Memory".

in 1973, when a wrecking machine with an enormous steel ball destroyed the old cafeteria building to make way for the new, one million dollar administration building? |
