PPP Shoulder Taps Survey Succesful!

 PPP conducts survey with three teens at Nichol's Package Store.
Three teenagers hung out in
front
of the store and approached customers asking "If I gave you some money,
would you be willing to buy me a six pack?" None of the 22 customers
actually said YES, but a few hesitated...
saying that if there weren't so many cars around they would buy it for
them. The survey is not a "sting" and doesn't actually result in any
crime occurring, but an undercover police officer watched from his car
