Okay then, summer vacation's over. The kids are tired of inventing new ways of getting into trouble, we parents have successfully avoided another trip to Disney World and, with a collective sigh of relief, it's back to school. I've already been, thank you very much.
The jewelry business, like everything else these days, is in a constant state of flux. In order to best serve our customers I've done everything I can to keep up with the latest advancements in jewelry standards and technology. Over the years I've studied to become a Graduate Gemologist (1980), an American Gem Society Registered Jeweler (2004) and an AGS Certified Gemologist (2006). And early this year I went back to school with the intent of assuring my customers that I will provide you with the most accurate, unbiased and expert appraisals of your fine jewelry.
After the completion of hundreds of hours of AGS sponsored educational requirements I took the AGS Certified Gemologist Appraiser test, submitting a comprehensive written exam which included peer review of appraisal reports to the most recent and demanding AGS standards. And, lo and behold, I passed with flying colors.
Now, when you enter our store, you will see our AGS Certified Gem Lab behind the counter, one of less than 150 in the US and Canada. It is an "in sight" work environment with all the instruments, scales, scopes and reference material required to offer you the peace of mind that you have indeed received that most accurate, unbiased and expert appraisal of your fine jewelry.
