REMINDER: This Sunday, August 5, 8:00 - 9:00 am
Breakfast Presentation by the Ke Akua Youth Group
The youth will be putting on a special presentation about their recent mission to Los Angeles Skid Row. This was an incredible experience for our young missioners, so be sure to join them in church at 8:00 am this Sunday and enjoy a delicious breakfast too. |
Rev. Paula Clark Rocks!
Dodgeball has nothing on Rev. Paula, who has been rocking All Saints' with her dynamic preaching and heartfelt sermons for the past few Sundays. Her time with us is quickly flying by. We thank the Lord for bringing us such a wonderful priest, and allowing us to experience so many great clergy during this time of transition.
Rev. Paula's last service will be on August 19. Bishop Chang will be with us on August 26. He will also be holding a breakfast gathering between the two services to talk about stewardship. Plan to attend this very important meeting beginning at 8:00 am in the church. |

IMPORTANT CHURCH HALL BREAKFAST MEETING
Sunday, August 12, 8:00 am - 9:00 am
A reminder that a very important Church Hall Meeting will be taking place in the church between the two services on August 12. What is the future of All Saints'? Do we become an aided parish? A mission? What does it mean? Be sure to come to this meeting to learn what our options are. Members will have a chance to vote for their choice. |

Seeking handymen to install Memorial Hall doors
The doors are in!!! At long last, Memorial Hall will once again service the Sunday school with the installation of new accordion door/room dividers. Thanks to a grant from the Antone and Edene Vidinha Trust, these sound rated doors will create three separate rooms in Memorial Hall. The rooms could also service multiple meetings on Sunday and other days, making it a lot more functional...BUT they need to be installed first!!! If you or someone you know is handy with tools, please contact Parish Administrator, Chris Wataya, at 808-822-4267, or see Junior Warden, David Murray, to arrange a good time to work on this. |
 Seeking Yarn Donations!
The women who make the lovely yarn leis that adorn our visitors, are seeking donations of yarn. Please drop off donations at the church office, or see Edith Hashizume for more information. |

Season after Pentecost
Let your continual mercy, O Lord, cleanse and defend your Church; and, because it cannot continue in safety without your help, protect and govern it always by your goodness; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
