The World Today Over the last few months, the economy has changed and along with it, society has not always seen the best of people emerge. Our business along with other area businesses - including CVS, Walgreens, and some other independent pharmacies have been robbed and burglarlized. In order to keep our clients as well as our employees safer, we have had to implement several new safety measures. While the weather outside may be cold, we prefer to see your faces - not hoods or ski masks, so please remove them prior to coming into our store. While we try to keep some of all normal meds on hand for our regular clients, we no longer are stocking large quanties of narcotics. Just let us know so that we may order (usually 24 hours notice needed) and we will be happy to get whatever you need. To all of our fellow business owners who have been hit, our hearts and prayers go out to you. To the public as a whole, if something or someone makes you feel uncomfortable, do not question it, pay attention to it and remove yourself to where you feel safe. Pay attention and notice your environment, who is around, what they look like and waht they are wearing or driving. Details help solve crime. Cell phone cameras take better pictures than no pictures and certainly better than memory. Stay safe in the new Year. |
Garden News
Start preparing beds for spring. You can plant potatoes and onion bulbs as early as middle of January. Just be prepared to cover them during real cold weather.

Compounding FYI Several drugs are no longer commercially available. For example - Metformin HCl 100 mg/ml oral solution and Oxycodone HCl 20 mg/ml oral solution are currently unavailable. As a compounding pharmacy, we can - with your doctor's permission and prescription - compound those medications for you and handle your medication needs. Contact us for more ways compounding can help you with your health care needs. |
I love that movie. I have a "bucket" list for life, for this year and I have broken it down into catergories.
Domestic - 5 things that I would like to change, improve, add at or for the home. Health - 5 things I would like to improve or do to improve my healthlife. Leisure - 5 things I would like to do this year in my "off" time - something as simple as organize my photos. Family - 5 things I would like to do my family members, like taking my grandson to Six Flags or a Ranger game. Knowledge - 5 things to try, learn or improve about - read new books, learn about new herbs coming onto local market. This is a part of this year's "Bucket" List. I may not get it all done but with this list I usually get more accomplished and waht fun to mark them off.

Books Currently Reading "You Are What you Eat" - The plan that will change your life by Dr. Gillian McKeith. Her promise to you - Slimmer, healthier and happier. Her regime preaches that it is designed to prevent illness, combat stress, and leave you looking great! So far, I have only read the first two chapters and say "YEAH!" and includes recipes I plan on trying, such as Sweet Potato Shepherds Pie. |
