An Invitation To You

We would like the opportunity to be your pharmacy. If for some reason, you are unhappy where you are having your prescriptions filled, we'd like the opportunity to fill them for you. We are accepting a lot more insurances now. So, please consider this an invitation to come see us.

Books I Am Currently Reading

"Omega Diet" by Artemis P. Simopoulos MD and Jo Robinson.

It is filled with a lot of studies and information about Omega 3 Oils. One study has to do with children and learning disabilities. Gives a different look at very common problems. Very interesting.

The Importance of Charting Symptoms

A lot of reoccurring illnesses follow patterns. To chart your symptoms can help your health care personnel to find a cure for your illness. First, note on calendars and note books when symptoms happen. Do you awake with them? Do they appear before, during, or after meals? Do they appear if you're running late to eat? Do they show up when you get less sleep? Do they show up mid-cycle of your monthly? Do they show up during stress? Do they show up when the chimneys and fireplaces are going? All the above can make certain illnesses worse or seem to bring them on in some cases. Don't rely on memory. Writing it down as it happens can sometimes make the invisible be seen.

Happy Holidays
