A question I get asked often is: Do I take vitamins? The answer is yes, I take a handful morning and night. This is frequently followed with: If I could only afford one - which would it be? I have several favorites that I would hate to give up so I will answer in the order I would choose 1-5, although I take a lot more than 5.
#1 - A Good Combo of Antioxidants. With pollution and all the free radicals, I feel it pays for itself daily by keeping illness at bay.
#2 - Lutein Plus - a combo of Lutein-Zeathanthin-Bilberry for the eyes. Our family has a history of eye problems and I want to fight that as much as possible.
#3 - Super Arth Support - A combination of glucosamine 750mg. and chondrotin 600mg. which I take for arthritis-type symptoms on my knees.
#4 - C.F.S. Support Formula - great multi-vitamin-mineral-herb which helps my energy levels in my opinion.
#5 - Ultra-Lipoic Forte - alpha-lopoic acid which I take for anti-oxidant properties and I feel it helps with blood sugar problems.
Others I feel strongly about are COQ10, Grape Seed Extract, Calcium/Magnesium, Beta Sitosterol, and Silymarin/Milk Thistle. This is not all we take but it gives you an idea of what and why.

As stated earlier, we went to PCCA for updates on compound training as well as updates on pharmacy in general. Recent things we have compounded for are: Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Fungal Infections, Mouth Conditions, Arthritis, Sports Injuries, Sore Throats, Hemorrhoids, and Nausea/Vomiting. We have neat ways to deliver medication to the body such as -Troches, Popsicles, Lollipops, Transdermal Gel (goes through skin), Lip Balm, Inhalation, Suppositories, and Rapid Dissolve Tablets (fizzes in mouth).
