Well Aware's 4th Annual Shower Strike was a HUGE success thanks to you! We recruited hundreds of people who vowed not to shower until they each raised at least $1000 toward sustainable clean water systems in Kenya. Shower Strike 2012 raised more than $80K! Your donations have gone directly to fund safe water that will change and save lives, particularly those of women and children.

Members of the Well Aware technical team are headed to Kenya this month. They will check in on our projects and supervise two deep well drillings, also made possible in part by this year's Shower Strike. Check out our facebook page as we post updates (and pictures) on our projects. You'll also find information and highlights of all our projects - past, present and future - on the Well Aware website.

Additionally, a few members of our board and friends of Well Aware will also be traveling to Kenya with JB Journeys in August to witness the work of Well Aware and enjoy the beauty of Kenya. They'll be posting on our facebook page as well, so check it out.

Please contact us if you would like any further information about Well Aware and our cause, or if you require an additional donation receipt from the Shower Strike. You can sign up for Shower Strike 2013 now by emailing us.

We hope this was a meaningful experience for you, as it will be momentous for the four communities that will benefit from your generosity. Please stay in touch!

Sincerely,
The Well Aware Team
