Back to Kenya!

Well, we're headed back to Kenya this week to oversee our drilling project in the area of Namanga (South Kenya, close to the Tanzania border). We expect this well to be about 300 feet deep and be able to service several thousand individuals for up to 30 years.

As most of you know, we completed our second annual Well Aware Shower Strike last month with the help of our amazing volunteers and supporters. From July 18th-26th, we collectively raised over $30,000 for our next water well in Namanga, Kenya!
This year's Shower Strike included individuals from all over the U.S., and it was really stinkin' fun! We could not have accomplished our goal without the help, generosity, and undying support and encouragement from you, our community. We are deeply appreciative. And so is the community in Southern Kenya who will be drinking clean, safe water now for tens of years to come.
