Next Tuesday one of CVEP's resident companies and client of CViHub and the CVSBDC, PS Talent will be presenting to a group of high school students from Cathedral City High School. PS Talent a digital movie making company (among other activities) will be meeting with the Digital Arts Technology Academy, an academy of CVEP's Arts Media and Entertainment Industry Council. PS Talent will offer an overview of a film making workshop geared to students. The workshop which will occur in the next few weeks will give the students an opportunity to make short animated stories on topics such as obesity, social acceptance and other issues facing today's teenagers. The workshops will include hands on training of digital movie making, script writing, editing, special effects all areas of movie making. This is CVEP full circle - a company training students to get them motivated about a future in the movie making industry - a career that can happen right here in their very back yard.
