College & Career Readiness Regional Plan
CVEP is in the midst of coordinating the development of a Regional Plan for College and Career Readiness through our Workforce Excellence Oversight Committee. The plan is being developed by a coalition of education and business leaders and should be completed by fall 2012. The plan will document how business and education can collaborate to create strategies for both career pathways and college and career readiness for the region and develop an agreed upon sustainability plan for these pipeline strategies. Look out for more about this plan and what CVEP and our partners are doing to help better educate our students and increase the excellence of our future workforce. |
