Train Day which included participation from valley leaders and representatives from local legislative offices, CVAG, CVA and CVEP, and which we mentioned in last week's newsletter, was featured in a few media outlets this week.  Click below to read or watch the coverage that has created an awareness for the possibility of a commuter train between the Coachella Valley and Los Angeles.

This week's issue of The Public Record featured a front page story about the recently added CViHub client, Attune RTD. The story includes an overview of the company and its product as well as the executives experience in being targeted by Texas and then their encounter with the Green Team, organized by CVEP. "The Coachella Valley Economic Partnership has been credited with preventing local green tech startup Attune RTD from running away to Texas.......'Obviously the people down in Texas have been pushing hard (to get us to relocate) but when you have people like Wes and Ezekiel who are reaching out and working hand-in-hand to keep us here in the City of Palm Springs, that really helps and we would love to stay.'"
