This past week, CVEP's concentration and primary goal area of Workforce Excellence, an outcome of the Economic Blueprint, proved an extremely important and topical focus. An article which appeared in The Desert Sun reports new census data shows "fewer adults in the Coachella Valley have a bachelor's degree or higher compared to the state average".   Team members from Pathways to Success, CVEP's Workforce Excellence program were quoted throughout the article explaining the importance of improved education levels as part of the region's economic development.
