We know it's early - but this year's wild 'n wooley weather probably had something to do with it!

Wet, windy, warm, hot and then mid-30's last week!

Our little corner of Vermont is "healing" after Irene and the various crews are getting the remaining roads reopened. We CAN get around and life (for most) is returning back to "normal."

Columbus Day is around the corner and this time of year is beautiful . . . try to come up!

If you are either looking FOR something OR offer to rent or sell something let us know! We will place all the "ads" on a separate web page where (only) interested members can view the information.

Here are our suggestions: Word you "ad" as though you were placing it in a newspaper - too many words are not helpful. For example:

Wanted: Winter rental 2-BR/2Bath within 10 minute drive - call xxx-xxx-xxxx.

For Sale: Clean 2-BR, 2-1/2 bath Styles Brook condo - recent update and paint.

For Rent: 1 BR/1 Bath, private first-floor apartment - limited kitchen.

Always list a phone number and an e-mail address.

Membership Renewal

Yes, it's that time of year again. Our membership year ends September 15th and we have re-set everyone's information.

Membership is still $30 and we offer many member benefits. Click here > then click on "Join Today" to renew on-line.

By renewing on-line, we avoid mailing costs and help keep our expenses down.

Golf Tournament

Everyone went home smiling after this year's Tournament!

Golf 9/2011 Players went home with great smiles after a bright, clear, early fall day at Manchester Country Club.
