Arbor Day and Egg Hunt Coming Soon!
 Please join us on Saturday, April 7, for our annual Arbor Day celebration at The Lodge, as well as an egg hunt and tree planting at Sugar Creek Park. The Arbor Day festivities at The Lodge include music, crafts, cookies, the World Bird Sanctuary, Smokey Bear and more from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.! Park at The Lodge and a trolley service will be available from 8:30-11:30 a.m. to transport you to the fun at Sugar Creek Park, including the egg hunt at 10 a.m. Click here for a schedule of events! |
FREE Tennis Round Up This Sunday!
 This Sunday, April 1, we invite anyone, ages 5 and up, to try the game of tennis and meet our instructors at Des Peres Park. We will be opening the tennis season with an afternoon of FREE activities: youth group tennis lesson (1 p.m.), adult group tennis lesson (1:45 p.m.) and Cardio Tennis (2:30 p.m.). Tennis racquets and balls provided. Registration is required by this Friday, so call 314-835-6150 to reserve your spot! |
Join Hot Mamas in the Park this Spring!
 Hot Mamas in Training Fit Camps have been created as a way for moms to get in shape and stay in shape while keeping baby by your side. Hot Mamas offers a challenging and motivating workout no matter what your fitness level. Martial Arts Session Kicks in Next Week!
 This beginning Martial Arts class consists mostly of Tae Kwon Do and includes mental and physical strengthening, stretching, forms, timing exercises, target training, board breaking, tumbling and sparring. Advanced classes include Judo and Aikido training as well. Classes start April 3 at City Studio and are available for men, women and children ages 5 and up. Click here for details! |
Few Spots Remain in Fish Ed Program!
 Learn to fish and build on your fishing techniques at our Fish Ed program! We will learn how to tie knots, rig a pole and catch fish! Fish Ed takes place at the Des Peres Park lake dock on Tuesdays, 4:15-5:30 p.m., April 3-24. Equipment, instruction and supervision will be provided for this program. Children's Hospital Infant Massage Class!
 All children and parents can benefit from this wonderful, relaxing and bonding experience. The class on April 16, 6:30-8:30 p.m., at The Lodge is taught by St. Louis Children's Hospital Certified Infant Massage instructors. Each family will receive the illustrated guidebook titled, Baby's First Touch: Step-by-Step Instructions for Infant Massage. The fee is $20 per parent/child with second parent attending for free. Pre-registration is required by calling St. Louis Children's Hospital at 314.454.KIDS. |
