Commit to Being Fit this Holiday Season!
 It can be tough to stay active during the busy holiday season. Make a commitment to your health by participating in group exercise at The Lodge! The Group Ex Winter Mini Session begins December 5th! The Winter Mini Session will be held for three weeks, December 5-23. There will be no classes on Saturdays or Sundays this session.  Pool Hours Friday, Nov. 25 & Saturday, Nov. 26:
7 a.m.-12 p.m. - 6 Lap Lanes
12-7 p.m. OPEN SWIM WAVES (0 Lap Lanes)
7-8 p.m. - 6 Lap Lanes

Holiday Happenings at The Lodge!
 The Lodge offers great holiday programs! Plan to attend the FREE Cookies with Claus event on Saturday, December 3, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. (no pre-registration required)! Bring your camera for a photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus! If you are not able to visit Santa in person, he would still love to hear from you! Please send your letters to Santa c/o of The Lodge, 1050 Des Peres Road, Des Peres, MO 63131. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope to aid Santa with his reply. Holiday Hoops Basketball Camp!
 Boys and girls, ages 8-13, are invited to work on all phases of their game during this winter break camp, December 27-30. Participants will take part in drills, games, video analysis and instruction. Campers will receive expert instruction from the head girl's basketball coach for Maplewood-Richmond Heights, Coach Phil Crawford. Come join us for an exciting four days of basketball in The Lodge gym, 8:30-11:30 a.m.! Please bring a water bottle and a non-perishable snack. Winter Break Aqua Adventure Camp!
 Keep your kiddos occupied during winter break with Aqua Adventure Camp at the Indoor Pool. Campers will have a 45-minute swim lesson taught by our certified instructors, followed by snack, free swim at the indoor pool, games and activities with a new theme each day. Winter Break Mad Science Camp!
 "Chemicals, Cells & Crime" Mad Science Camp introduces you to life in the form of cells and organs along with a lot of crazy chemistry. This is not a science class--Mad Science is a FUN learning experience! Our hands-on science activities and entertaining instructors get children excited about science. Campers are actively involved in performing experiments and camp-related projects. Let your child experience just how fun science can be! Balls-N-Strikes Winter Baseball Camp!
 This dynamic program will take players through teaching rotations each day including hitting, fielding, agility and cageball! Campers are grouped in 6 with 1 instructor. Each December session runs two hours per day for three consecutive days at the Balls-N-Strikes Ballwin facility. The camp has sold out every year, so register early!
