The lot behind City Hall will re-open by 11 a.m. The lot in front of City Hall will remain closed all day. Overflow parking is available in the extension lot along Ballas Road by St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Fitness Center Renovations Next Week!
 The Lodge Fitness Center will be CLOSED all day on October 12 and only the cardio equipment will be available on October 13 (strength area still closed). The staff will utilize this time to install new plate-loaded equipment in the strength area and complete routine maintenance and cleaning. Please excuse the inconvenience as we update and improve our Fitness Center to maintain the highest standards and better serve you! Enjoy the new equipment on October 14!

Join Us For Fall Festival on October 15!
 Join us for a fabulous fall evening in Des Peres Park! Fall Festival is 5-9 p.m. on Saturday, October 15!
Activities include:
5 - 7 p.m. The Great Pumpkin Race
5 - 7 p.m. Bonfire & Hayrides
5 - 7 p.m. Blue Grass Music (Bug Tussel)
5 - 8 p.m. Concessions Available
7 - 9 p.m. Movie in the Park (Toy Story 3)

Great Pumpkin Race at Fall Festival!
 Register for the Great Pumpkin Race taking place at the Fall Festival in Des Peres Park on Saturday, October 15, at 5 p.m. Rules are adapted from the official "World Famous Pumpkin Race" in Manhattan Beach, CA:
1. Pumpkin Race Car may be from only a single pumpkin
2. Insert two independent axels through your pumpkin and attach wheels to the axles. The style of your racer is limited only by your imagination.
3. You may not attach your pumpkin onto a pre-fabricated chassis of any kind (skateboard, stroller, Tonka Truck, etc.)
4. No Explosives or Pyrotechnics
5. No pushing or 'helping' your racer on the starting line.
6. Pumpkins can be any size.

Swim Lessons Start Next Week!
 Group swimming Lessons for all ages and abilities begin next week on Monday and Wednesday evenings. We offer preschool, six youth levels and adult instruction. Our goal is to provide a quality program where participants can continually build on skills and technique to become lifelong swimmers. Friday Night Live - Halloween Edition!
 Attention Middle Schoolers! Get ready for a night of fun and games! The fun all takes place at The Lodge on Friday, October 14, 6-9 p.m.!
