The City of Des Peres is collecting items to help those affected by the recent tornado in Joplin. Items being collected include personal hygiene products, clothing and non-perishable food. Donation drop-off can be made in the lobby at The Lodge. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the following: -United Way: call 2-1-1 -American Red Cross: 1-800-427-4626 -Salvation Army: 1-800-SAL-ARMY -Monetary donations can be made to the American Red Cross. |
National Trails Day Fun this Saturday!
National Trails DayŽ, is a day to introduce people to the many joys and benefits of trails. The City of Des Peres is excited to participate in this celebration for the first time. We would like to encourage people to visit the trails in Phantom Forest and Bittersweet Woods. Participation forms will be available on the website the week of the event. Clues to fill out the form will be hidden on Phantom Forest and Bittersweet Woods Trails (only on June 4th). Forms must be turned into The Lodge to be registered for a drawing of some fun prizes from The North Face and the American Hiking Society. Click Here for more information! |
Conditioning Camp at City Studio!
This camp will help enhance each athlete's fitness levels for sports and other activities.
