Free Fencing Open House This Thursday!
The Fencers Academy
Engarde!  Often called "physical chess," fencing is a safe and fun activity that hones both the body and the mind.  Training will include stretching, drills, supervised fencing bouts, games and other fun activities. Participants will learn footwork techniques, blade work, elements of distance and timing, and be introduced to the three weapons.  Plan to attend the Free Open House from 7:30-9pm this Thursday, April 28, in The Lodge Gymnasium! One Day Summer Swim Team Tune-Up!

Teen Exercise Classes
These classes are designed for the athlete needing to get the cutting edge. The class will consist of small group training that is going to boost each athlete's physical fi tness level for sport specific activities. The drills that are going to be performed will increase the individual's agility, speed, power, and body control that will translate to his or her sport. This training is a great way to stay in shape during the offseason and prepare the athlete for the fall and winter sport seasons. Click Here for more information!
New Session of Martial Arts on Tuesdays!
Martial Arts
Classes include mental and physical strengthening, stretching, forms, timing exercises, target training, board breaking, tumbling and sparring.  It is an excellent cardiovascular workout and appropriate for all ages.  Martial Arts classes are available on Tuesday Nights for men, women, and children ages 5 and up.  The new session begins soon, so Register Now!  Click here for more information!
Ironman Challenge!  You CAN Do It!
Ironman Challenge
Stay in shape over the summer by becoming an Iron Man!  Based on the ultra endurance iron man triathlons, this challenge requires you to swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and run 26.2 miles!  But don't worry, this challenge is done in 30 days rather than in 1.  Not a good swimmer?  Don't let that stop you, you can use river walking to make up for the swimming portion.  When you complete the challenge you will receive a t-shirt and a chance to win personal training!  Click Here for more information!
