Friday Night Live Is This Friday!
 Middle School Students ages 10-14 are invited to a fun night at The Lodge with your friends! There will be Teen Fitness Fun, foosball and ping pong tables, open swim with waves, Wii sports, Dance, Dance Revolution and good times with your friends! New Golf Lessons Start Next Week!
 Golf classes, on Thursday nights, are suited for players of all skills and abilities. Each student will receive individual instruction catered to meet their goals. New Session of Kettlebell and TRX Twist!
 This is the ideal class for people who want a lot of impact in a short amount of time. This fast-paced workout combines TRX, Kettlebells and cardio interval training in such creative ways that when finished, you will be surprised how quickly 40 minutes has passed! Last Call For Youth Volleyball Clinic!
 Prepare your child for their volleyball season! This clinic will emphasize fun while teaching your child volleyball basics. Modified equipment will be used to teach proper technique and to ensure success is achieved! Each participant will receive a t-shirt! Local Pitch, Hit & Run Competition!
 Boys and girls, ages 7 - 14, come test your baseball skills at this fun competition at Des Peres Park! Pitch, Hit & Run is the Official Skills Competition of Major League Baseball! This competition includes pitching, hitting and running for accuracy and distance. Winners can advance to sectional, team, and national competitions.
