New Boot Camp Session Starts Soon!
 Shark Fitness Boot Camp's motto is, 'No Nonsense. No Excuses. Just Results!' That sums up the approach taken in class. Boot Camp sessions are available at The Lodge and at Des Peres Park. Despite the group setting, this class challenges participants individually to provide an environment that allows each person to give their best and expect results. Enchanted Ball Tickets Now Available!
 Girls, ages 3-10, ask your favorite Valentine guy (dad, grandfather, uncle, etc.) to this enchanted evening at The Lodge! Thank You Dick Mitchell!
 Dick Mitchell, a fixture at The Lodge front desk since the opening of the facility in 2003, is retiring after more than 7 years of service. Dick has been a devoted, dependable and vital part of The Lodge staff and Des Peres community. A long-time resident himself, Dick has been an incredible ambassador for the City of Des Peres. Dick's personable approach and humor have made him a 'favorite' front desk associate for many Lodge members. Thank you for keeping us on our toes and laughing through the years, Dick! You will be sorely missed by The Lodge family! Please stop by the front desk to give your best wishes to "Mr. Mitchell" before his last day on February 4th. |
Congrats Karen and Martina Lebeau!   A mother and daughter lifeguard duo, Karen and Martina Lebeau, were recognized on January 24, 2011 at the American Red Cross Lifesaver Awards for their assistance on a cardiac arrest victim back in November at The Lodge indoor pool. The awards ceremony recognizes local citizens who used their training to help save a life. Both Karen and Martina were given this award for their attention to detail and heroic actions on that day. The Des Peres Public Safety Department should also be commended for their quick arrival and amazing professional on-site care of the victim.
