(Español) Aquí está el Regalo que tu Hijo Realmente Quiere.
Que padre no ha tenido una gran sonrisa de su niño al abrir un regalo, sacudiendo de un lado a otro el costoso contenido con la mirada fija, y el encantado papá o mamá vivamente espiando la escena?
El esfuerzo de haber ahorrado por un largo tiempo para comprar aquello que haga brincar a su hijo de alegría. Pero hasta el regalo más sorprendente siempre pasa de moda. Pero lo que nos recuerda es esto: no importa cuan difícil es tu niño, cual es su edad, o cuan mala es la historia familiar, la cosa es que tu niño lo que más quiere de ti, es a TI. No maquillajes, no muchas tareas, no manipulación. No bromeo.
TU ERES EL PREMIO que el niño gana al romper una piñata. TU ERES el juguete FAVORITO.
Es una verdad fácil de negar o sepultar - especialmente cuando un padre hace un sincero esfuerzo con un niño desafiante para complacerlo ante una burla o rechazo.
Un sonido de desaire significa que tu niño no te quiere? No! Es una llamada a despertarte para pensar en construir una relación intrépida, al estilo CORAZON ALIMENTADO.
Todo el dinero, juguetes y viajes en el mundo no pueden comprar una relación estrecha con nuestros hijos o cualquiera. El materialismo te lleva a la quiebra, las relaciones son la riqueza.
Quizá tú has presenciado recientes divorcios de padres compitiendo por el afecto de su niño con la competencia de quién le compra más juguetes o le paga la mejor excursión. Incluso las cosas grandiosas pasan de moda rápidamente. Las relaciones siempre ganan.

3. DEDIQUE 5 MINUTOS AL DIA. Energice a su niño por un total de 5 minutos al día. Evoca tu apreciación por quien es él, qué está sucediendo que está correcto y qué no está sucediendo que está mal; expon las buenas características que él o ella está demostrando; di lo mucho que ellos significan para ti. Usa mensajes de texto, mensajes de celulares, llamadas telefónicas, tocar la puerta del dormitorio, una visita sorpresiva en la escuela, una nota en la lonchera.
Si tu niño se está escondiendo de ti con defensas de titáneo, no renuncies. CORAZON ALIMENTADO es sigiloso. Decide en creer que tú eres el premio, que tú eres el juguete favorito, e intrépidamente continua energizando para desarmar y ganar su corazón.

Here are three ways to give yourself to your challenging child:

Voice your appreciation for who he is, what's happening that's right and what's not happening that's wrong; expound on the good character qualities she's demonstrating; say how much they mean to you. Use texting, instant messaging, cell phone messages, telephone calls, a quick knock on the bedroom door, a surprise visit at school, a note in the lunchbox.
If your child is hiding from you with titanium-strength defenses, don't give up. ENERGYPARENTING is stealth. Decide to believe that you are the prize, that you're the favorite toy, and fearlessly continue energizing to disarm and win his heart.
