So far, we have close to 25,000 users of our applications in the BlackBerry, iPhone or iPod Touch. According to the research, it's one of the most important things people consider when buying an application. If you have an issue with any our applications, please contact us first and we'll help. If you really do enjoy the app, please review it in the App Store.

The update crashes ... help!
|
We've heard a few reports of applications crashing after updating. While continue to work with Apple on it, the following, fixes the it everytime: (1) Delete the app on your device (2) Delete the app in iTunes (3) Re-download the app from the App Store (you won't be charged again) (4) Resync. If this does not work for you, please send us an email.
