NEXT MEETING TUESDAY, MARCH 6th:OCCUPY SF
Activists from OccupySF will share their thoughts, past experiences, and future visions
Since Sept. 17, 2011, Occupy Wall Street has been an ongoing protest against a fundamentally broken economic system. All of the Occupies aim to be nonviolent, operate by consensus, and have no hierarchy of leadership or control. OccupySF began in the financial district, the west coast site of the Federal Reserve Bank. The very visible encampment is gone, but Occupy continues on many fronts. Come and meet some of its most active participants, and join the discussion. It promises to be a lively one. There will also be a brief presentation from the Free Muni for Youth Coalition. Click here for an article in BeyondChron published today about that campaign. WHEN: Tuesday, March 6, 7pmWHERE: Potrero Hill Neighborhood House, 953 De Haro St
