Greetings!
It's important to stay on top of issues that matter to us. That's why we're taking another look at three of them at the next meeting.

NEXT MEETING: TUESDAY, MAY 4th
|
|
Revisiting noteworthy topics; something new; club biz
The program will include updates on the Bayview EIR, CleanPowerSF, the CA water bond. There will also be introductions: to the Why Tuesday movement, and to more candidates for D10 Supervisor. Additional information and links are on our web site. As we noted at the last meeting, former PHDC Webmaster Quint King has moved on, and we will certainly miss him. Thanks to his amazing work, for which PHDC will be eternally grateful, we have a lovely web site built from scratch which is easy to maintain - if you know how. For the know-how, we need to elect a new Webmaster. JC Prenner has been nominated; if anyone else would like to run or nominate someone, please step up. Nominations will be open at the start of the meeting, and the election will be held at least 30 minutes later. Our Bylaws are SO last century. When a group of us started the new PHDC in 2007, we simply used the Bylaws of the old club (which began in the '80s and was over by 2000) and added a line or two about email. Further updating seemed necessary; the Executive Committee has come up with amendments for you to consider. WHERE: Potrero Hill Neighborhood House, 953 De Haro St @ Southern HeightsWHEN: Tuesday, May 4th, at 7:00PM
