HOPE
With each day...comes a new ray of hope
Has there ever been a time in your life where you lost hope? Maybe you lost a loved one or received a diagnosis that was not promising or your life just simply started lacking purpose and meaning. Life is full of these moments. In order to navigate through these rough spots, we must keep our hope alive.
Hope...it is our soul asking permission to be heard. It is when we touch the deepest part of who we are and feel the confirmation that life is magical and worth living. It is our salvation, our peace, our inner knowing that meets us in our darkest moments with truth and solace. When hope finally arrives, it creates a bridge toward healing and wholeness.
Keeping hope alive requires a level of optimism. A channel must be opened so that positive energy can be born and nurtured. Sometimes this may take time and others may not understand our path, but we must be patient with ourselves. We always have the opportunity to choose hope and fill our mind, body, and spirit with this healing energy. Remember, there is great learning in the darkness and pain...it is through these trials that hope is born.
