Today is the last day to pay Association taxes!  Payments made on or after August 1, 2012, will be delinquent and subject to interest charged from the due date of July 1, 2012 at the rate of 1.5% per month or fraction thereof to the total of 18% per year. Please clear the Main Beach of ALL kayaks and other watercraft, as well as ALL chairs, toys, etc. by end of day Monday, August 6th.  On Tuesday, August 7th, the entire beach will be graded and the sand previously recovered will be spread.  If you are not in residence, please make arrangements with neighbors to remove your personal property from the beach.
