As a current subscriber to GNBA email correspondence, you are receiving this request for information to update our records.  Completing the request on-line facilitates the process; however, we will also provide the survey in hard-copy format for folks without access to a computer.

Please note, there are two (2) surveys.  One is for property owners & their legal spouses.  The other is for all other email recipients.

Your timely response would be greatly appreciated.  If we do not hear from you on or before June 30, 2011, your email address will be removed from our distribution.  GNBA Members will revert to snail mail notification, which is limited and costly.

PROPERTY OWNERS & LEGAL SPOUSE(S)

We are asking GNBA Members, defined in the Charter as property owners and legal spouses of such persons, to complete a survey by clicking the specified link below.  This will provide us with your most current information, such as verification of names, addresses and telephone numbers, and emergency contact information.  In addition, we will be developing a GNBA Resident On-Line Directory.  Listing in the directory will be OPTIONAL as well as PASSWORD PROTECTED.  If you opt not to be included in the Directory, the information you provide will be maintained for GNBA business and emergency purposes only.

Please note, each Property Owner and the Property Owner's legal Spouse should complete this survey.  One survey suffices if you share one email address; separate surveys should be completed for each email address on file and with ownership rights and/or the legal spouses of such persons.
