Dear GNBA Neighbor,
This email is a communiqué sent as a courtesy to the Membership highlighting recent GNBA website postings and other topics thought to be of interest. It is not the website itself; but rather a means to access website postings through the links such as those provided within the underlined titles below.
As a public agency, GNBA must adhere to Freedom of Information (FOI) regulations by posting agendas, votes and minutes at the Town Hall and on the website within specific time-frames. Specifically, "The votes of each member of any such public agency upon any issue before such public agency shall be reduced to writing and made available for public inspection within forty-eight hours and shall also be recorded in the minutes of the session at which taken. Within seven days of the session to which such minutes refer, such minutes shall be available for public inspection and posted on such public agency's Internet web site, if available."
By visiting the Giants Neck Beach website directly at www.gnba1941.com, all agendas, votes, minutes, will be posted under "Recent Updates" within the required time-frames. Older items are archived on appropriate webpages.
